Shipping times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries within Italy usually take 2–5 business days via express courier.
Please note that during holidays or sales periods, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping costs
- Italy: free shipping for orders over €100.
For orders below this amount, a €6.90 shipping fee applies. - Europe: available upon request.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
🇬🇧 Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your item within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return procedure
- Send a return request via email to ambragiammarino@gmail.com, including your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive detailed return instructions and the shipping address.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
