2. Products
All bags sold on facloverbags.com are handcrafted and made to order. While we strive to present accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations due to artisanal production may occur.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euros and inclusive of VAT.
Payment is required at the time of purchase and is securely processed via Stripe (credit/debit card). Cash on delivery is not accepted.
4. Shipping
- Italy: Delivery in 3–7 business days after production. Production time may vary based on the order.
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As products are custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal may not apply (in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). However, if the product is defective or damaged, a refund or replacement may be requested within 14 days of receipt, by contacting: ambragiammarino@gmail.com.
6. Liability
Facloverbags is not liable for delays due to force majeure or issues caused by third parties (e.g., couriers or payment services).

8. Governing Law
